- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible bank and experience. Went in for a small loan, opted for a credit card instead was told it would take 7-10 days to come in mail. Waited 3 weeks called twice and no one had any clue where it was. Waited 4 weeks tried to get a hold of manager every time I called she was supposedly busy at a small bank. After a month enough was enough just another bank that looses a customer due to poor service so Ill go to another bank.By Mich jj, August 06, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is the worst bank to deal with. I would tell everyone to not go there for banking and especially credit cards. They gradually increase your interest rate and have a policy that they never lower interests rates. So If you happen to get into some financial distress as many of us do don't count on them to help you with your credit card. They are a rip off of a financial institute and bank. I would give them a 0 if I could. Forgot to mention they were rude to me and one of then hung up on me and then I got disconnected from the next one which of course made me give up. ok editing..In my frustration I didn't realize I was commenting on the 5th3rd in Livingston county. It was the main headquarters that I was dealing with. To get back to the main phone number the girl at the branch in Livingston country was very polite.By Karen Jean, July 24, 2017
