  A few months back my wife and I were going through a very difficult time financially. My wife took a significant pay cut, I was on a pay freeze and our son is a growing boy. I spent numerous hours negotiating with the bank to save our house. It seemed they would tell me one thing and do the opposite. My wife and I decided to contact Mr. Bernwanger to discuss what options we had. He was very helpful and willing to go over step by step our options. Mr. Bernwanger provided a ton of information and walked us through the procedure. With the help and guidance of Mr. Bernwanger, my wife and I were able to short sale our house instead of being foreclosed on by the bank. We appreciate everything Mr. Bernwanger did for us and have recommended him to friends and family members for other legal advice.

  Joseph Bernwanger assisted be through my Divorce and Bankruptcy several years ago. I’d never had to use legal counsel before and was very intimidated by the whole judicial system. Divorce is a very stressful time in itself, and the fact that I had no idea of what was to be expected during the divorce proceedings only added to the stress.
