  Months ago I swore selling my home was comparable to getting a tooth pulled. Feeling “loyal” to the agent that originally sold me my home ten years ago, I called her when I had to my sell my home. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! After 6 months with virtually no activity I pulled my home off the market and wanted to bury my head in dirt. I eventually decided avoidance wouldn’t get my home sold I reluctantly started interviewing agents. Agent after agent walked thru my door with the same “promise” to sell and a hoopla of marketing material that talked about how great they were. Kristi walked into my home with an ipad and a smile. She explained to me the importance of online and paperless advertising and as much as I hate to admit, realistic pricing. Her approach was straight to the point but was delivered with warmth. I hired her on the spot. I took some of her staging suggestions and scheduled a time for her to come out and take photo’s. In the next week I had more showings then I did in the 6 months previous and by the end of the week I had an offer I accepted. I never realized how important it is to have someone who is technology driven when it comes to selling a house. Kristi and her team knew what it took to get my home sold.- Michelle B- Novi, MI
