- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I don't like giving one star or bad reviews, but this place really needs to work on their customer service. Some people here are great, others must hate their job. 5-stars if you are just dropping off your package in the package drop off. If your package was undeliverable, just wait till they go to deliver it. You will waste your time if you drive down there and try to get it.By Justin McKeown, August 05, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Front desk helpful but route carrier can't seem to read. The front desk has gone out of the way helpful on two incidences and nice to work with. But Amber Oak subdivision you will get to know your neighbors very well with all the wrong delivered mail.
